We popped in while we were on holiday. The staff were really helpful, the prices were good too. My wife was really taken with the wine tasting. We will go back the next time we are down there on holiday.

The team at Majestic Wines is absolutely amazing. We used them to source the wine and beers for our wedding in November. From start to finish, the team was so kind & helpful. The manager Ben gave us a free tasting so we could find the perfect wines for our big day - he was super knowledgeable and really wanted to find us the best wine for our budget. He was never trying to upsell us to more expensive bottles - always trying to find us the best deal on what we actually wanted. This led us to buying even more bottles because we loved the wine so much. They delivered everything on time & always with a big smile. I would 10000% recommend Majestic for every day wine or big special occasions. We will definitely be back again soon (well, once we finish the rest of our wedding wine!). Thank you Majestic Totnes for making our wedding flawless.

Went in Sat afternoon.Different staff.Unhelpful.Chatting amongst themselves.Squeezed 10 bottles into 6 bottle box.Likely to rip and break on way toNo tasting notes offered.If this was the day to day service iwouldnt come back.Have been a customer for 15 years.

I've only ordered from Majestic Wine twice, however each time they have provided a flawless experience. Ordering online provided a rather nice discount, the delivery was smooth/hassle-free and the wines are lovely. Can ask for a better level of service, thank you!

Very helpful staff and super selection of wines. Stopped using Naked Wines and Laithwaits as its a much more personable way of buying wine when they walk around the store with you.

Good staff. Helpful. Would like to see wider range from Argentina and Italy. Worth a visit especially if you are new to wine.
