“For such a small area it is absolutely chock-a-block with heating supplies, gas sales, a handy non-automatic car wash and even a place to buy used cars.The shop is fairly well stocked and the staff are nice and friendly.”

“We’ve been going to Totnes Morrisons cafe for many years, we know the staff and the pressures they face from lack of staff. They all work hard, they are polite, but they’re often stressed as they are at times having to do two peoples jobs at once due to low staffing levels, which is a store management failure not a cafe failure. It’s the friendliest Morrisons cafe we’ve been to which is why we keep going back! The store management need a cleaner to give the cafe a deep clean now and then, the cafe staff don’t have time to turn around let alone deep clean, there are often flies at the back of the coffee and tea machines on the windowsills which makes you feel a bit sick, this needs addressing! The meals are presented and cooked very well, and the waiting times are reasonable most of the time. We do think the Store management need to support the cafe staff more, and understand how staff shortages affect their cafe staffs MH due to their stressful working environment, often due to customers moaning at them, when it’s not their fault!
