I can?t recommend this shop highly enough. Everything I look for online I can find here for the same price or even cheaper. But here you get added value, because the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they offer excellent warranties so you don?t have to worry about getting poor quality or something going wrong. They also offer a fantastic delivery service with helpful and pleasant staff. If you live locally I would 100% advise you to go here and stop shopping online for electrical goods. I love the security of knowing I am getting honest advice, great quality and I can take it back to town if it goes wrong! RECOMMEND!

Ordered via phone . Great service and price. Very reasonable delivery and fitting charge. Shop staff were very informative and polite. Washing machine came on date specified. Delivery drivers were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Great job fitting new machine and taking old one away. Five star service.

Outstanding service and value for money. Don't go anywhere else. Ordered a heat pump tumble dryer and was cheaper than both John Lewis and Amazon. Good value delivery and removal service too. 5 stars!

Big shout out to Beacon Electrical in Totnes. Our dishwasher died so we visited the shop on 3rd December to order a replacement. Ben was really helpful and gave lots of advice to help us choose the right one but was very apologetic that he couldn?t guarantee delivery before Christmas - no surprise given Covid restrictions. However, I received a phone call a week ago to say that they had one in stock and it was delivered today! It was installed by two very friendly and helpful young men who made sure it was working properly and also took away the old machine. So one very happy lady. Would 100% recommend Beacon and will definitely use them again - thank you so much and Happy Christmas to you all!

Wow! What a great team, needed a cooker for my place. Didn't expect service that went above and beyond, but that's exactly what i received from Mark B and Ben. Nothing was too much trouble. Via phone, and emails, even when i was 5,000 miles away, they took care of my install, following through with emails, and confirmation that everything had gone according to plan, just as they promised it would. I can't recommend these guys enough!5 star service, complete satisfaction!!
