This unit is on 3 floors as a post office on site there is always a queue at the post office the service is very poor can see why post offices are dieing out if this is the standard. Store always looks good but never enough staff on tills or duty layout is poor

This is honestly the worse post office I've been in. The floors get slippery when wet. The staff don't seem very friendly and act like they don't actually want to be working here... give it a miss and go elsewhere.

Plenty of books, games, jigsaws etc in here. There is a clearance area, but nothing is particularly cheap - jigsaws reduced to £8, but you can get them cheaper elsewhere.. maybe try The Works if you want one for a gift.

A large store with a really great selection if everything you would expect. It's got 3 levels with one level at time of visit with clearance stuff on it. Has a very good book selection.

Rude post office staff. Blatantly lied to about their passport/driving license photo booth being broken, the truth of the matter is that she couldn't be bothered.

It was a very poorly lit shop and felt more like an expensive version of 'The Works'. Didn't seem to have what I was looking for, so I guess that's not that great either.

A good sized Smith's. Three floors with a post office on the top floor. The staff are always friendly and helpful in my experience. There is a good range of books on offer and the stationery section is varied, with plenty of deals and offers, particularly on Sharpie permanent markers. There are also greeting cards on the middle floor and there's a lift for disabled/push chair access.

I used the post office in which I don't do that often so not up to date with much".The lady who served me was patient ,polite and pleasant not like the other postoffice as such"!I can't abide it when staff in a workplace offering a public service are unfriendly/rude"Especially when 1 is already running late and has patiently queued"So thank goodness for the postoffice lady/team in WHSmith"Not forgetting the great products they sell from books to cards and stationary, from DVDs to games and confectionery,a bookmark or 2 and even scratch and sniff.

There's a clearance section at the moment where u can pick up some bargain books and stationery. Otherwise, it's a standard WHSmith with quite expensive versions of things and a Post Office upstairs which always has friendly staff.
