Not Great Customer Service. Staff need more training in how to provide help to customers. More patience and less smug, bullying behaviour. Three times in the shop and only once did we get half decent service. We are customers who pay our bill and would expect better from the company. Won't step another foot in that store and will consider switching.

I've just moved into the area, and getting broadband sorted was a total nightmare. Che was an absolute star and got me sorted. He understood the issue I was having with me new address, clearly explained all my options, and got my account opened and activation date set. He was super friendly and made the whole process far easier than I thought it was going to be. Thanks Che.

Excellent customer service from Adam today! Really helpful and full of knowledge. We didn't really know what we wanted but he helped us to get the best possible deal and explained everything to us some clearly. He clearly knows his stuff! From two very happy customers!

was lied to about the contract duration and the price. He gave me a sim only contract for 16/mo but after 6 months it doubled in price. I was told it was a 12/mo contract and it was 24. I am not in the US paying for a service in the UK i can not use. They want £500 to terminate the contract.

Not helpful at all the bloke came across helpful in the beginning, but then it started to feel like he was telling me a load of rubbish, and a waste of my time, I came out confused and nothing happened with my phone, was their for about half hour
