5 star for the customer service received from Dan and loz, the rest of the service following on wasn't what I call particularly helpfull, especially as I purchased a top of the range phone. Misinformation regarding trade in's. It was what I describe as lacklustre. And chasing a starter pack on my own albeit not the stores fault entirely but still not what I would expect when buying a expensive device

Absolutely disgusted with this company especially Dominic Smith who works for them he is an absolute lier it has taken 6 weeks for an issue to be resolved well its not completely resolved yet if he can lie to me who else has he lied to deleted all conversations I had with him to make out I hadn't been in the Torquay store so if you intend going in the Torquay branch don't deal with him as he lies doesn't do anything he tells you he's going to do even head office do not reply and all call centres are in India who only have limited vocabulary when my contract ends I won't be it renewing and I'm going to put off as many people I can from using three

My wife visited the three shop in Torquay with my so today. My son was looking to upgrade his phone. He is 18 years old with a diagnosis of ADHD, Autism Syndrome and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance). He can come over as angry, use some bad language but even for him to enter a shop is a massive achievement. He is trying to live as independently as he can and wanted to be there to choose his new mobile. He was excited about the doing to do this. I asked my wife how is all went. She told me the offer he had seen on the website was not the same as in the shop. To someone with Autism it was hard for him to process. My wife said the young man who was dealing with my son was excellent with him. But to my wife?s dismay the lady shop assistant was pulling faces and smirking every time my son spoke. In the end my wife ask our son to leave the shop. My wife then spoke to the lady shop assistant telling her he was a person with autism, the lady shop assistant then went into the back of the shop. Come on this is 2023 don?t you give any training on hidden disability you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Sarah is a person who has gone above and beyond to help with a string of digital gremlins.I was recommended Three by a family member who was happy with the service. And, when I went into the store to sign up for a student SIM-only contract it was apparent that my custom was valued.There were four occasions where PAC codes were malfunctioning and Sarah produced some excellent customer service to reassure me that these issues were not about my contract amongst other words of advice.What has really helped me feel valued was how Sarah took time out of her day, and even lunch break to go above and beyond to help me out. Customer service like that is rare to find.I sincerely hope those in HQ recognise your efforts ??

Disappointed - we took out a sim only contract with them whilst on holiday and only needed it for a month. Was told they would cancel it the day after and they never did, now we cant reach them they never answer the phone. Bloody annoyingI am sick of trying to reach them by phone, they never answer and then line just cuts off

rubbish communication. get told to attend store to sort out mistake by there miss communication. ( told to go by management)so I attend the store to be told that cannot do what I had been told to go there for. (by someone else)thinking of cancelling all contract with them after this experience. and been with 3 with various contacts for last 20 years.so who do I need to contact
