I went in today to get my SIM sorted, and I have to say, the service was exceptional. All three staff members were quick to assist, and the entire experience was seamless. Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I?ve had in a while.

Our advisor was Dom and he made us leave the shop with the biggest smiles we went in for just a phone upgrade and walked out with the upgrade plus AirPods, broadband and an honor pad due to how helpful and kind he was not only are we now happily staying with three but we find great comfort that with any further purchases and issues that our local store has an amazing staff member! When we got home we had issues setting up our broadband and called the store and Dom again helped us over the phone to resolve the issue. We were highly satisfied and overall the Torquay store was truly lovely all staff members were very friendly and so kind. Need more stores like this, and more Doms in the world!

Hi was visiting an elderly friend 2 weeks ago and was trying to sort out his bills and one was three he said been trying for a month over the phone but no joy so I suggested driving to the shop 30 mins in there everything sorted and explained in simple terms many thanks DOM excellent

I had a big problem trying to resolve an insurance claim. I had been online and had spoken on the phone but had got nowhere in about three hours. I popped into the shop and was walking up the street 10 minutes later having had my problems resolved by the young lady who helped me. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Had an issue with mobile data on my iPhone that customer services couldn?t fix despite numerous calls. I had been told to go to my local store to get a new SIM card but when I explained it to Dann the store manager he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within seconds. What great knowledge and service!

I have had an ongoing problem since October. Loads of stress, anger but today I went to Plymouth three store. The assistant manager Jack asked what?s been happening, well he was gob smack when I advised him that a store manager promised the new package was all complete and I believed him. Disgraced how a manager could get something so wrong then cost me money. Jack your an amazing young man who had so much patience. Jack spent 2 hours for us trying to sort this mess out, very polite and a sense of humour. Jack thank you so much we both really appreciated this
