I dont normal carry my passport when going out for a quick shop. I am 34 and got asked for and ID I think this is absolutely ridiculous, people at the till need to get a grip

A great store. Good staff and wide range of produce. The only thing that lets it down is when you go in for a last-minute shop at 1015 and trolleys are stacked everywhere blocking items you need. I normally move them and crack on. But we're not all able to move them and crack on.

Went in for a Costa coffee today. Also picked up a packet of Jaffa cakes (20). First coffee I made was milk only; made another but took both receipts to the till and advised the first one wasn?t drinkable. Cashier acknowledged this then advised me I needed to pay £9.20. I challenged this, advising that even 2 coffees and a packet of Jaffa cakes wouldn?t total that amount. Cashier was clearly embarrassed and tried to tell me that the cakes were more expensive because I didn?t have a club card and tried to say she hadnt overcharged me (!) I returned the Jaffa cakes and she claims she refunded me for 1 coffee too. Stupidly, I didn?t take my receipts but arrived home to note I?ve been charged £7.50! AVOID!!!!

Had worked as a cleaner and I must say tesco babbacombe was the best place...Friendly staff and good deals on the products...Thankful to Manager Jo,a very cheerful person with a greet and smile..Never pointed work which was very encouraging...Many Thanks.....
