I had a bad experience with the food.
Ordered 2 × foot long chicken Tikka Subway yesterday and it tasted with no feelings. There wasn't any flavour, seems like the chicken was freezed and heated multiple times. I had to buy a dessert from other shop to get away with bad taste from my mouth.
Sorry to say I won't order from here any more.

Don't understand the point of ordering food on the app then have to wait 15 mins in the shop to pick it up because the staff won't acknowledge your even there, now food is cold incompetent staff

The guy who serves doesn't know anything, he goes very very very slowly and doesn't change his gloves. It doesn't matter if he's serving sweet or salty. HE DOESN'T CHANGE THEM! It's very disgusting. He also takes the coins with the same gloves.

Ordered a chicken tikka sub and was served by a young man in glasses and a beard who was very polite and helpful. Food was pretty nice however the seating area was very dated and old, looks like it needs an update in there.

I went to this subway in Torquay Tor Hill, it was 15 minutes of closing time on a Thursday evening. The 2 members of staff (a girl and a boy)that was there was alteady start to put stuff away I ask them if they were still serving they said yes and I apologised as they were clearly getting ready to close. Me and my daughter choosed a white Italian footlong chicken menu just to came to the hotel to find out the bread wasn't fresh even harm still tasted old bread. I believed they served us the breads that they use for demonstration. It's disgusting. They should have said that they didn't have fresh bread as they were closing :(

It was a busy Subway at lunch time. Staff were working hard and had a good attitude considering they're probably only getting minimum wage. Some of the customers were weird or just rude, that part of town is terrible.

Our food was cold and poorly prepared, my sub came with extra fillings that I couldn?t eat and we had an ice cream with one of our meal deals that came melted. Would not recommend at all

We always have such wonderful service from the staff at this Subway, always kind, considerate and have stayed open longer than advertised to accommodate us. Thank you so much to the all the lovely staff
