The food was WAAAAAY under the health and hygiene regulations temperature. I had to ask the staff to heat it up more, that is silly. Please train your staff Subway!! And humans please watch out for this if you want to avoid a bad tummy the next day.
Although the staff were quite nice and attentive the place was very messy, smashed windows, filthy floors with food waste everywhere.
I was the only person in there at this point when one member of staff went outside to use his smartphone and the other chef was stood around when all it takes is 1 minute max to sweep the floor and have a quick tidy up.
Fridge needed topping up.
It wasn?t busy AT ALL.
I?m grassing you up!
Really concerned about the management of this place and more so towards the temperature of the food they are serving to the public.

Need more staff. Tried to order online or on screen, but it automatically added a bag charge. Wait too long. Not lone member of staff's fault

Awful, awful self service system, which has walk-in customer queuing behind Just eat orders etc. This shop is so small the system is totally unnecessary. You select all the options you want to be then asked again?.. think again subway, you are costing your frichansee money!

App order ?cancelled? twice but money still taken out and man behind the till offered no help.
Asked for sandwich cold and yet it was toasted and only one caramel for multiple churros.

Absolutely fab service from the member of staff on shift. I was disappointed to see that he was lone trading at night and he had to deal with 3 aggressive customers just while we were there! The food was consistent with other Subways I have been to.
Dietary restrictions: The member of staff on shift was very careful about allergens and double checked with me about what was in my order. My experience was vegan safe!

Absolutely appallingOrdered 3 footlongs, two of which were part of a meal, one being philly steak, one being meatball and the other a hunters chicken. What we got was three footlongs 2 being philly steak and one meatball, all untoasted, all covered in the hottest sauce which we didn't order making it inedible to us they also didn't include any of our sides and instead gave us one box of rock hard Chipotle cheese bites which almost caused me to chip a tooth. All in all half the order was missing and not a single item right. Went hungry and 60 quid wasted

New kiosks are useless...don't scan the app. And then then using the app itself is useless. Then you have to wait for your order....where as the original model meant your order was there as you paid. Completely backwards.

I have eaten in this subway branch for several years and sadly, over the past one year, it has gone rapidly downhill.
When I started coming here the staff were mostly friendly, the subs made with ambition and the vegetables were fresh. At my last visit today I have been given the wrong bread (instead of my honey & oat I have received a plain white bread), the staff did not know the sandwich I ordered off the regular menu, barely any veg on the sandwich, cheese slices got thrown instead of placed on my partners sandwich, no hair nets or beard nets and we have not really got spoken to through the whole order progress. We have eaten two bites of our sandwiches and felt the need to throw those away, even after half an hour we still got a weird aftertaste.

My partner and I decided to grab a subway for lunch from here as we have many times before, unfortunately this store has decided to introduce tablets for you to order your food on instead of ordering from an actual person. Seems easy enough but these tablets just do not work properly, my partner tried to order our food three times and it didn?t work, he finally managed to order some food and payed with my card but the tablet said it declined. I checked my bank and it had come out so we asked for either our food or a refund, the staff said we couldn?t take our food as the payment will ?bounce back? into my account. The money has now left my account so I now have to drive all the way back to the store to try and get my money back. Very stressful why fix something that isn?t broken, will avoid this place now.
