This primark has the nicest staff. There was a skirt I wanted On a model, I couldn?t find it anywhere so I asked a member of staff and 3 members tried to find but they had sold out apart from the one on the model and they took it off it so I could buy the skirt. 10/10 customer service

Waited 15 minutes to buy 1 item as turns out they don?t open the tills until 10.30? On a Sunday at least. I don?t know if it?s normal protocol to have a queue of 30 people facing a line of 7 manned tills for 15 minutes; but seems like a massive waste of everyone?s time to me. You have the staff at the tills, you have a massive queue? open them!

Typical of the franchise and popular with the locals.Set on 2 floors and at the time of our visit the up going escalator was out of order and upstairs access was limited to a flight of stairs or a lift.The store was well stocked with with a comprehensive range of products suitable for all ages.We arrived at a busy lunch time which led to long queues at the checkout but in fairness the assistants were most efficient and waiting times kept to a minimum.
