Took watch in for battery replacement, received it back with the hands floating around inside it which they insisted it was like it when we took it in. The watch was fine before they replaced the battery. They insisted we had dropped it. To avoid a confrontation we paid for the battery and left. Now we will have to pay for the watch to be repaired. Be aware!UPDATE ..... Cost of getting the watch repaired was £40!!! ?

Items are very overpriced, and workers very unprofessional. Talking on the phone on hands free while serving you etc, no communication to you except quickly telling you the price.
