“I have just been in to Croft Hall pharmacy to pick up my prescription which only took one day to get which normally it takes four to five days the attitude of the staff to customers have changed it seems a nicer place to go into just hope that keep it going”

On collecting the glasses she was convinced that the frames were not as chosen and became extremely upset and agitated. Karen, the assistant manager was absolutely phenomenal in her customer care, defusing the situation with great care and compassion.
