PAPA JOHN?S You should be ashamed, for leaving a heavily pregnant young girl ALONE working on a busy night?she was clearly overwhelmed.Dealing with all the agro from customers as the delivery driver was no where to be seen.She was completely alone doing it all? even building the pizza boxes, lifting & moving things and attending to the oven.Disgusting you would never see 1 staff member run a store alone at Pizza Hut or domino?s.To the young girl? get out of this company ?..!!!!! We hope you enjoyed your well deserved tip (your customer service and your pizza was great!! )

Absolutely vile. I've had frozen pizza that tasted better. Waited for over an hour and a half both the pizzas were dry and stone cold. Called the restaurant and the supervisor found it amusing and couldn't care less that she had cooked my food and then let it sit there for well over an hour before it was delivered to me. Will never be returning.

Very disappointing. This was our first Papa John's order and we assumed something similar to a Pizza Hut or a Domino's, but sadly nowhere near. Being ignored for ages didn't get things off to a good start. Our game of Spot The Topping was very brief, since there was hardly any topping to spot. 'Papa' seems to be the poor relation of the takeaway pizza family, the one no-one mentions at family gatherings. Best avoided. We won't be seeing you again, 'Papa'.

Recently got a deal with my husband. 2 lg pizzas, 2 sides, and a large drink. The food was a bit late and tasted ok but was barely room temperature. They forgot our drink and sauces we asked for as well :/ We mentioned the missing drink and were told they would drive one out to us as soon as possible but it never came. I was really looking forward to a pizza night as we rarely order out but was really dissapointed.

The pizzas here are awful. Far too much dough - thick stodgy bases that will leave you bloated - like eating a loaf of bread and very mean on toppings. Possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten. On a positive note, the online ordering process was slick, I collected and the staff were very friendly and the kitchen is spotlessly clean. But I'd never return, just dreadful pizzas. I hate rating bad reviews but I felt I had to on this.

Staff were friendly and efficient but there were only 2 for the whole shop. Food was 30 minutes late and to be honest? I?ve had nicer frozen pizzas. Used to love papa?s but I?ll be avoiding from now on. Shame as the staff were hard working and clearly short staffed.

Ordered my pizza and side with ease. An hour later it hadn't arrived, so gave them a call and they replied with something along the lines of "our drivers have finished so quickly can't deliver it"Comlete shocker!

Pizza fresh out the oven is always good, what makes the difference is the staff, service and hygiene. This place was clean as you would expect!
