I have always found the staff at Nationwide,most helpful and Pleasant, if you have a problem, they will help sort it.

Went in to open an account, wanting help and reassurance however was told to just sit and do it ourselves on the iPad, we like to go into the shops for the assistance otherwise could have done it online? The lady didn’t seem very bothered or keen to help at all
