On a recent property-finding trip to Torquay we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sam from Miller estates. We were exposed to such an array of experiences dealing with mutliple companies during our two day hunt for a property, and by far Sam's professionlism was clear to see. He really understood our needs and was a great source of information on the area in general. Unfortunately this time around he didnt have the correct property on his books for us but we will 100 percent be contacting him again when our next property need arises. I had the very unfortunate experience of speaking with Lucy yesterday about the possibility of renting in Torquay. Not only was her manner abrupt and rude to the extreme, but also condescending and cruel. I felt totally deflated as a prospective client and will certainly never contact your company ever again. Hugely disappointing.

I have used Miller estate agents twice in Torquay and Lucy has been very helpful and professional in getting the right flat and now house share sorted. Sam the new person has also been helping and his predecessor were both professional in their approach.I?d recommend anyone looking for rented accommodation to go to Millers in the first instance

I cannot praise Miller , particularly Sales , enough. My Aunt and I had been searching for our future home, without success. We decided to walk to a Road we had always liked and Aaron was coming out of a property there . He could have said to ring the office, but no , this is an exceptional young man . He took the time to take all our details, what we needed the house to have , and said he'd be in touch. The very next day , as promised, he sent over property details , kept in touch making courtesy calls to see how we are and how our search was progressing. We would not go past Miller in Torquay.Miller are extremely lucky to have him , he's not a typical estate agent, he has integrity, which is extremely rare.

I had Simona from the Torquay branch round for a property check today, she was really nice & friendly, it didn't take long at all. I have been renting through Miller for nearly 8yrs now & every visit they have been lovely & if I've ever had a problem they are always at the end of the phone & have sorted it out straight away. Best company i have ever rented through.

We were shown 2 properties by Caitlin on the 4th February and I would like to express our thanks at the wonderful experience. I would even go as far to say that it is the best experience of a viewing we have had and that is saying something as we have purchased a number of properties in our time. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, professional and went out of her way to answer all our questions getting back to us in record time for anything she too away.
