“The lady that pierced my daughters ears for my daughter’s birthday made her experience amazing for her! She was professional kind and amazing with little ones. The rapport she built with my daughter was lovely and made her feel at ease and comfortable. She went out if her way to help pick the best earrings and unfortunately the first pair my daughter picked looked like they maybe too big, however rather then go with it she explained her concerns and gave us other options to consider.we appreciated her advise and opinion as it turned out to be completely the right thing to do.
