Went in and picked a 2 for £6.50 on socks only to be told they didn?t qualify because they were a mix of me s and ladies - even though rices the same. Staff are so unprofessional - it?s unreal. You?re treated with such contempt. Last time I ever host that dreadful place!

Torquay store. The assistant manager needs teaching some people skills. No hello no nothing snatched the trainer off me and then didn't even ask if my daughter wanted to try the trainers on before trying to throw them behind the counter. Its bad manners and lack of respect and I would expect more from a manager. Stop employing silly little boys that havnt a clue how to treat their customers

Shop is ok, however some of the staff need alot of customer service skills. When I was in the shop there was one assistant by the trainers constantly swearing to her colleagues infront of my three year old. Really not what you want to hear when shopping, safe to say we left straight away & ordered online

Went in today to try on some trainers! two blonde girls and a lad chatting! On asking for a size they all looked at each other to see who would actually help first. Girls stood with feet on chairs on middle of doorway so I couldn?t browse ladies trainers. Just gave up and said thanks and walked out. They wouldn?t last a hour in a US store, very poor service, will never go back and I live local.
