We were originally recommended Itso Travel by friends, who had used them for a couple of holidays. We have now booked two holidays through Claire. She is awesome, always there to answer any questions you may have (no mater the size). We will most definitely be using them moving forward for all our travel needs.

My experience with ItsSo has been great!My partner & I decided to book a last minute trip to Dubai. With COVID regulations and travel requirements we felt uncomfortable booking it ourselves and needed some reassurance.I stumbled across the St Marychurch branch whilst walking and decided to go in for a quick chat. Paul & Claire greeted me happily and I explained our plans to go to Dubai within the next 2 weeks! They listened to my queries & expectations. They were super quick with emails, we had 4-5 different hotel options within a few hours of enquiring. After a few emails back and forth & some cross referencing prices etc, we decided to go with them for one of the hotels they?d recommended. They booked the trip for us, advised us on COVID testing requirements & printed out all the paperwork. This all happened within the space of a week! It felt so reassuring to have all the thinking done for us, we were excited and happy to have booked with them and had every confidence the trip would be a success. Needless to say the trip was great & we couldn?t fault our travel experience. The flights were ideal & the hotel was great!I can?t fault their customer service. They are uniquely independent and nothing is too much trouble. I?ve already enquired about another trip we have coming up and in May!Thank you both for a really great experience.
