I have worked in the care industry for 21 years, mostly agency work going into establishments & homecare. Working with Home Instead has been a breath of fresh air! I have nothing but good things to say about the south Devon team. The time we have to spend with our much loved clients is perfect & gives so much job satisfaction due to the time & effort put in by the office staff to match caregivers with clients. The clients I see, I?ve been able to build up amazing relationships with & we all have a lovely time at my visits. I?ve met not just clients & work colleagues but friends. The staff in our office who work tirelessly to match us up & to sort out schedules are priceless. I?ve recieved nothing but support from every single one, both professionally and personally.In all my years of caring for others I have really found the place where I?m listened to & where I feel appreciated. Any true Carer out there who has seen the bad in Home are companies should come & share a day with a Home Instead care giver......they would never look back! This is how care for our senior citizens should be!

I can honestly say Homeinstead senior care are a brilliant company to work for and be cared by. If only my mother was still alive would have used Homeinstead to care for her.The care is client based and so respectful of their needs and decision making.What more can I say.
