Torquay staff always very helpful, but annoying that to get my club discount I had to buy on line only, so standing in the shop and having to go on line to buy an item, they could not apply the discount on store, ridiculous!

Bought a dashcam and had several issues with it from the moment I left. I think this was a product defect and maybe a lack of training provided to all staff, as calls were made to sort out certain issues regarding the problem. That being said, the persistence and friendliness of the team, mainly Mike, was paramount to my 3 visits being less stressful than it could have been. The problem was fixed in the end, and I'm happy with my dashcam.

Great experience. Needed a new car battery and headed in store whilst on holiday. Great assistance and fitted really quick. Set up Halfords car club instore which ended up saving money. Callum was very friendly and helpful
