This retail facility is owned by Torquay Council..
The ascent escalator has been repaired, delays to repairs due to waiting for spare parts from France..
Here you can find boutiques, shoe shops, a bank advice centre, a chicken take away retailer, outdoor camping + sports retailers, haircut salon and other interesting retail shops..
Not forgetting the magnificent and comprehensive selection of artistic candles for sale at the candle shop, which commands a visit featuring a selection of unique candle gifts that you can purchase for friends and relatives to celebrate special occasions..
Adjacent secure multi storey car park has lifts to every floor..
A number of the retail spaces are still empty, rentable to interested retailers..
