“Torquay staff always very helpful, but annoying that to get my club discount I had to buy on line only, so standing in the shop and having to go on line to buy an item, they could not apply the discount on store, ridiculous!”

We had originally only come in for a dishwasher, but while we were there I said to John that we were also looking for a bigger washing machine. And that we had just gotten married so had some wedding money to spend. He congratulated us and listened to exactly what we were looking for, which included our budget and even to the point where mother wanted both to be the same colour to match the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. 10/10 service!”
