The lovely young lady who served me on the 7th of July, Megan is her name, was incredible! I noted a great attitude towards the customer in front of me, as she was wrapping up when I walked in and it isn't always an easy job dealing with difficult customers, she made it look so easy and ensured he left happy and with a smile! Megan was amazing with me too, her outstanding helpfulness and knowledge really made my visit to the store a positive part of my day that I was actually dreading to begin with. She wears a beautifull warm genuine smile too, one to warm up your day when you just lost your phone and everything on it. 5 star service most definitely! Go Megan!

One of the best EE store?s . Was having trouble with my bill and the staff there was very supportive along with the Manager was very honest even helped us to get ourselves a really good device.

Shops staff are a bit better than their ridiculous online and web services.
I've come to realise over the years to look for all methods of ways to contact a retailer, before purchasing their product. This one is no exception.
Had several issues with a new sim card and trying to TopUp online should have been as easy as it is for Trump to sound ridiculous.
In the end, I had to go into the shop for them to sort and say they even agreed the online site was useless and always doing a Richard Hammond.
Come on EE. For a company specialising in communication, do a better job. Can't wait fomy new Vodafone sim to arrive. ?

On February 10th, I witnessed blatant discrimination by a female staff member. She unnecessarily told a foreign customer that Vodafone is cheaper than EE and seemed reluctant to assist a woman buying an iPhone.
Management must address this unacceptable behavior. Extremely disappointing.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this store. The staff member who assisted me displayed a complete lack of customer service skills and was extremely rude. What was particularly upsetting was how she treated customers differently based on their skin color . I noticed that while helping others, she advised them to switch to Vodafone instead of EE, which felt strange and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I urge the management to take steps to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

Went here for a phone got refused I've never missed a payment for any bill couldn't tell me why they said its happened to other's went home rang sky got a phone with in 15 minutes no problem Iv got a good credit score very disappointed your loss sky gain

Thankfully not too busy so we were able to have full on ,one to one service.
Nevertheless,after buying a new phone/ contract we left with some questions still unanswered. Probably as much our fault as the guy in the shop.
