I purchased the Beatrice Sleepezee mattress from Dreams, and it arrived in perfect condition. However, after about three weeks of use, it developed a fault. Since I had paid for the warranty, I requested a replacement. A technician came to inspect the mattress, approved the request, and arranged for a new one to be sent. Unfortunately, the replacement delivery was delayed by four weeks. When the new mattress arrived, the delivery team refused to bring it in, claiming our hallway was too small?despite the original mattress being delivered without any issues. They also suggested that the fault was caused by how the mattress was lifted to the bedroom, even though the problem didn?t appear until week three.
Now, three months later, we?re still sleeping on the faulty mattress, our request for a replacement is being ignored, and we?re being told to select a different mattress entirely. The customer service has been horrendous, and it?s incredibly disappointing considering we paid nearly £2,000 for what was supposed to be a high-quality product.
Wouldn?t recommend.

Pleasurable experience .
Didn't realize there was so much difference between mattresses until Jenny advised us and we tried them out.. she was very knowledgeable which helped us out can't wait to receive our new bed and mattress.

The salesman - Stephen - was very professional and helpful. He showed us a very comprehensive range of mattresses and pillows. We were given plenty of time to try the mattresses recommended by the assessment machine and we were not pressured to buy the most expensive in the range. We were offered refreshments several times. We were very pleased with the whole process.

We had a great experience at this mattress store! Kane was incredibly helpful, taking the time to guide us through the options without being pushy at all. The machine they use to analyze your sleeping positions was a fantastic tool and really helped us narrow down what would work best. Although we didn?t end up buying a mattress this time, we wouldn?t hesitate to come back here when we?re ready. Highly recommend this place if you?re looking for expert advice and a no-pressure shopping experience!
