Ordered twice this month and both times the order has been wrong and required communication with branch, once delivered it took nearly 3 hours, I don't know what's happened in the last 2 months but it has gone downhill

Been here a few times the boy with black curly hair is always so rude. Also my daughter showed me a video of him picking the toppings off the floor and wall and putting them in the container with the clean topping. Guess him and his mates thought it was funny. This is the worst service I have ever received. I will be calling corporate. I'm disgusted.

Very disappointed ?, ordered online was over £35 forgot to order extra dips , thought I could just get extra and pay the driver, NO not with domino's couldn't possibly do that !! "CASH" Don't seem to know what that is !!!, well phoned to order extra dips, tried to pay and my bank was not having it ?, (even though enough funds in there for £2.99 !!!), very disappointed although did send the driver back with 2 dips once we had finished! , Awesome guy, maybe get him on the phone instead ?

My friend ordered a drink that was meant to be for a different place, the man I was on the phone to hung up on me and came off as passive aggressive on the phone. I?m severely unimpressed and it is severely poor customer service and devious behaviour for not allowing my friend a refund. Absolute piss take.

Great tasting pizza as you would expect from Dominos, but I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and took over an hour, I know they where busy due to it being Xmas eve but they where putting deliveries before online and pick up in store orders which delayed things massively they should be made and cooked in order they come in.

Went to order food, once we put the order in and went to pay we only had cash but was told its card only now they don't take cash at all. It would of been nice to be told this to begin with so we didn't have to go through placing the whole order first.

Awful service..I have been a regular customer of dominios for years.Ordered 2 pizza on my sons birthday.Extremely disappointed as they gave wrong pizza.Paid almost 32.38 for pizaas with top .At the end the pizaa we received was blunt without topping.Called the store,Shift manager Mr oliver denied to solve their mistake..Extremely disaappointed..Never come back to dominos.IF someone earning average £35 in a day and spend £32.38 on pizza.How will you feel when you receive plane piza without flavour..HOW FAIR FOR THE CUSTOMER??????Disgusting Service
