We recently purchased a sofa from DFS Torquay and we couldn't be happier with the experience! We were served by Allison, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and guiding us to the perfect choice. Another very pleasant experience at DFS in Torquay. We had the pleasure of speaking to Darren who was extremely informative and friendly.
He found me the idyllic sofa and gave me very useful information on keeping the sofa tidy and well presented.
I would highly recommend DFS in Torquay, especially Darren and the friendly team.

A disappointing visit. We visited looking for a lounge unit, and a hi fi storage unit. We were dismayed to find a large showroom full of sofas, chairs and tables, with the only way to see what we wanted via a Tablet! Excuse me, but I can do that at home! When I go to a shop I want to touch, feel and assess quality!

This store was great . As soon as we entered, well presented and pleasant employees greeted us. The area inside was great and there was lots of different sofas, rugs, coffee tables etc? The staff here were very good and nice . Everything here was comfy and amazing to me . Although I purchased nothing when I went, 5 Stars.
