I have worked at Devon Home Care for the last 20 years and couldn't wish for a better employer. The M.D. has paid for a weeks holiday to Tenerife for myself and my husband for my 20 years here. The support I have had to further my career has been amazing and I'm looking forward to the next 20 years.

Absolutely horrendous home care.Lack of basic hygiene skills (no masks until prompted), putting gloves on and touching other surfaces in the house (including pet dog) before providing personal care to name a few.Unprofessional attitudes. Patronising staff.Lack of communication and record keeping.Poor management and training for staff. My grandad deteriorated very quickly under their care.No reaction or sympathy when I emailed my complaints. Just got told "we will look into it". No further communication to say what they have done to improve or at least look into it.Would highly recommend avoiding this care company.
