Bought a dish washer and washing machine in the sale. A big thank you to John for his expertise and wonderful sense of humour. He was brilliant and so knowledgeable. We had originally only come in for a dishwasher, but while we were there I said to John that we were also looking for a bigger washing machine. And that we had just gotten married so had some wedding money to spend. He congratulated us and listened to exactly what we were looking for, which included our budget and even to the point where mother wanted both to be the same colour to match the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. 10/10 service!

Just waited 20 min to buy a laptop, and I had absolutely no help. No one bothered with me, walked out, went to Argos around the corner, and purchased one instantly.

Absolutely terrible customer service by steph when I asked her for assistance off 5 members of staff standing around chatting I was greeted with a horrible dirty look off steph.
She is very rude when I got her name for this review she said do whatever you want
Sorry currys I will take my business elsewhere.

The people here at this store are amazing!! I had a really stressful few days and my washing machine decided to pack up but Tom Dunn was there to the rescue. He was fast and efficient and deserves a pay rise as does all the staff that work here. ?
