The staff is still there for nothing. They are deaf, they don't hear well, the staff speak very badly to the customers, and they refused to serve. Disgusting. The lady there who doesn't hear what the customers say and who speaks badly to the customers is called "NORMA"

Staff brilliant but not helped by the lack of merchandise on the shelves- like a third world shop - spoke to an employee who said it was due to staff shortages to fill the shelves- how does that when seem possible when it's fresh meat and veg - looks like the problem is with the ordering and supply - don't forget that there are many elderly people in the area that rely on this shop.

Good supermarket despite its small size. It sold good products at reasonable prices. I used to shop here when living in Torquay several years ago. It was the first supermarket I visited when moving to Torquay.

They sell pasta pots with no forks. I know we're trying to be plastic free but that's no excuse. At least have some wooden ones at the till like Tesco. How are you supposed to eat them?
