Had a fantastic experience with Mo in your Torquay store today after a not so positive one in a nearby town. She went to so much effort to help my two girls find the right shoes for them and spent almost an hour with us going back and forth to the stock room until they were happy. Nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond to assist us and really taking the time and care to check they fit correctly. Thank you again!

We regularly visit this store for my children's shoes. Happy with the service and Mo was very good with kids which helped reassure them if they are a bit uncertain. It?s now something they really enjoy doing.

Today we were served by the lovely Vickey for school shoes. She was so patient with our 6 year old and 9 year old. Vickey spent at least an hour with us ensuring my daughter had the right shoes that fitted correctly and were right for her!!! She was polite, friendly and very understanding. Thank you! We will be back next year!!! 10/10 service.

Was assisted on friday by vickey. She was extremely understanding and helpful. This was especially appreciated as I was getting shoes for my autistic son for secondary school whom was not with me. She really took her time to listen to what i was looking for and offered an exchange if they didn't sit well when I got them home. Lucky for me they fit perfectly and my son was very happy with them! I will always go to Clarkson from now on! Shoes are really smart and sturdy too. Thank you vickey for listening and understanding.

Served by Mo who was extremely helpful. Saw a pair of shoes which I was seeking from my own local Clark?s but didn?t have my size. The sample in the window was my exact size but last pair available. The other shoe which had been left in the storeroom was slightly different colour (hadn?t faded in the window). With the manager, offered a reasonable discount so I walked away happy with a good deal. Many thanks Mo and Clark?s of Torquey.

Lovely service today at Clarks, went in for our daughter?s first pair of shoes and we were helped by Bev who was amazing. She was very patient and attentive, brought out a lovely selection of shoes to choose from and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely be coming back!

I went in to store today (17/03/25) with my 8 month old, expecting nothing as she is still so small, but Bev measured my daughter?s feet and was so helpful in getting us a selection of shoes to try on. She was professional but also warm and welcoming, and she spoke to my daughter throughout! Needless to say we walked away with my daughter?s first pair of proper shoes and her first pair of proper trainers! Thank you Bev, you really was amazing! We will be back for sure! ?

My friend bought 2 pairs of beautiful shoes yesterday , my goodness me what a wonderful service we received from Vickey !! so very helpful and kind as my friend was having a difficulty getting shoes following an operation on her foot. Vickey spent so much time in correct measuring and fitting in order to find my friend a selection of suitable shoes, she is very grateful , thank you Vickey you are a star ?
