returned a faulty carvella handbag with the assistance of Sarah Prowse from Kurt Geiger . the transaction was seamless with a sincere apology and even location searched for a replacement bag that was sent to my home without delay thanks Sarah , fantastic service , I will be back Karen Howell

Easy parking within a short distance of Hoopers makes it a really good place to take someone for a bit of a treat. The menu includes a specials board; which caters for a wide-range of different tastes. From Coffee & Cake to the more substantial and hearty meal. Value= good helpings & large portions Staff-= very kind and helpful Disabled = lift access and ramp

Hoopers is well situated overlooking the harbour but to be honest its not a favourite of mine. I always think its a bit oldfashoned, and not in a good way! Its also quite expensive but it does carry good brands so I suppose it can't be cheap. It has a cafeteria which is nice for a quick coffee and if you are looking for something special it is a good shop to try but for general shopping I am afraid it is out of my bracket. I do think it is good to have this sort of shop in the town. The parking is a problem with no parking at the front of the shop on road and no car park so if you are going by car you probably need to use a car park and walk to Hoopers.

Lovely little Store,its great and once I went there to see Paul Shane from HI de Hi in person and I got his autograph and he was only too obliging which was nice of him :) Staff are friendly and give service with a smile and they are only too willing to help you should you need it :)

lovely one off store on the harbour is a little pricey but is literally the only place in torquay selling big names and labels. It is a small store that sells lovely handbags such as mulberry, dkny, juicy couture etc and the staff are always very friendly. They have a sale just after xmas usually in january that is very reasonable and is not too far away from the main parade of shops to be out of the way.
