I whent in to the store a few days ago to purchase a new I phone, the young man who helped me that day was excellent, very knowledgeable about the phone I was looking at10/10 the young man (he had a beard) is a credit to your company. Again my thanks to him

I?m not one normally to leave reviews ect.But my experience in this store left me extremely confused and frustrated ....I Went into the branch in Torquay to look into selling some odd bits of sterling silver that I had recently inherited after clearing out a recently passed relatives possessions in the loft.I wasn?t sure what to do with The bits and bobs, As it wasn?t a complete set, or even close to one. And after having them listed online for a week, there wasn?t much interest in the odd pieces with no set. So I gave up with that idea and figured the easiest thing to do was to pawn them.It was a difficult thing for me to decide and I was feeling very uneasy about doing it as it is, due to the circumstances...After taking them into the cash generator store in Torquay, the guy in store accused me of being a thief and wouldn?t take them. (Assuming that I had stolen them. Which was clearly not the case. I have an account there which has my details and ID that had been provided, and I?ve sold a few things to them in the past...)The whole experience was pretty humiliating.So, I then Took the bits down the road to cash converters in the end and they were great and extremely helpful, having no problem whatsoever - making the process a lot easier and as it should be....

I've never had any issues here. Two guys that I've spoken with are friendly and very helpful.I've chatted to them a few times and when I've been struggling with mental health.Nothing bad to convey at all.

Staff members weren't able to check the quality of gold ring (unreasonable) and refused it.. Won't recommend this one..
