We had carpets laid throughout our flat, Tom was very helpful from the beginning and the guys who fitted the carpets were very professional and helpful, great carpets at a reasonable price, very happy.

Unreal, laid the wrong colour vinyl then justified it by saying I picked the wrong colour , then laid it ontop of floorboards without checking nails or stones etc underneath. Consistently told someone will come and look and have a chat, yet a year later and I?m mopping a floor that looks aweful, will be lucky if it lasts another 6 months

Had my whole flat done, they were great.
Flexible, as I had to change the date twice. The Father and son team were excellent, top quality job, very fast with a vast amount of knowledge. Friendly and pleasant. Punctual. Very skilled carpet fitters, that you don't see very often nowadays. Amazing value for money. Good communication. Victoria

Proper unreliable service. Nearly been a week since they arranged to come and still no phone call back or didn't even bother to cancel. I'd recommend Chlamydia more than I would this place.

I bought carpet for my lounge and hallway spoke to the gentleman in the shop who assured me it would be OK to come fit the hall carpet on a different day from the lounge carpetcas I was still decorating in the hallway just give them a ring which I did took two days to get through to a person as the answer phone was full he assured me they would come and fit hall carpet but was a weeks wait as they are very busy ok that's fine roughly what time will they be with me 11 o clock but def late morning at 1 o clock I tried to phone the shop to see if they would definitely be with me today again straight to answer machine to be told their voicemail is full so you are unable to leave a message now 6 o clock in the evening no phone call no carpet 1 very unhappy customer will never use them again
