I bought helium filled balloons yesterday afternoon and just through the night both balloons were deflated. A staff member didn't inflate the balloons fully and tied the ribbon loosely which leads to deflation. I'll not buy anything from them again. Such a disappointment

I went into card factory this afternoon and I asked the lovely lady I spoke to if she had any stitch stuff in the shop and she said yes I have but only a mug and glass set and then she asked her other college and she also said there was a stich glass bottle which then she went up stairs to get it for me to look at and said thanks but will get the stitch mug and glass set instead. Both ladies very helpful indeed. ????

I went in the Torquay card factory today and the lady's were amazing really helpful and friendly it is my daughters 18th birthday tomorrow they helped me with balloons suggesting which ones would look good together great customer care thank you Torquay ladies
