My husband on holiday in Babbacombe and unfortunately left one of his inhalers at home and the assistant behind the counter was extremely.helpful and pleasant in sorting the problem out for him her customer service was excellent.

The tale of two halves. One lady is absolutely lovely and friendly, I can?t say the same about the other one. Everything is an inconvenience and am unsure why she is in a customer facing environment, she clearly hates it.

Unfortunately I have had to use this establishment to collect a prescription. Initially I was pleased there wasn't a queue, which previously had caused me to change to using an online pharmacy. Sadly my feelings changed very rapidly due to the incredibly rude sales assistant. Maybe she had a bad day and they were understaffed, but that doesn't excuse rudeness

This branch is severely understaffed. They are a small pharmacy that deal with a lot of doctors' surgeries in a small area and there are often queues out of the door. The staff are clearly under a lot of pressure as they used to be quite cheerful but are now at times quite rude. The blame for this lies squarely at management level and whoever decided to 1) Close the second branch in the precinct and 2) Strip the staffing levels back to the bone. As a healthcare provider to the community there is a moral obligation to do much better than this.

Waiting time is always long, over 10 minutes, just one person working at the till, very slowly. Even if I order my medication over a week early, every time I go to pick it up it's never ready. They always ask me to come back another day. It is getting annoying. I am thinking of changing pharmacies even though it will be very inconvenient because this one is close to where I live. Not happy at all....

Popped in to pick up tablets for my friend. Whilst 3 or 4 staff were busy chatting in the back of the store there were 7 or 8 people waiting to be served or pick up their prescriptions. I was 3rd in the queue when one member of staff finally came out she informed the 1st and 2nd customers they would have to return either later or tomorrow. When I got to the counter I was told I would have to come back tomorrow, this is after some people waiting for more than 20 minutes.Terrible service and attitude. Would not recommend this chemist.

Called in yesterday to pick up medication for myself and father. Enquired about free flu jab. NHS site showing this chemist offering the service. Over 50's are entitled to a free flu and other criteria meets it. Was told I did not qualify but on Boots website I would. Staff very slow for service more interested in the behind scene to gossip. Calling customer services for their explanation or excuses. One star? is one to many should be - 1? plus screen shots to validation of my review.

I always get a text to say my medication is right it's just a matter of walking in and collecting it it saves time and i can collect when I'm in the area
