I usually dont speak to staff in any store. But i asked one of the store employees, ruby?/short pretty girl i cant remember her name. She was so helpful even though my needs were a little silly. She made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. would definitely shop again. Thank you

The pharmacy staff with the exception of one were plain rude hostile unwelcoming and not nice to many of the customers except the regulars
They really seem to hate the people they are meant to serve
I have to use boots all over uk and I see a massive difference in each store but this one is the worst in the uk I?ve ever had the misfortune of having to use
Women with short blond spiky hair seems to hate having to do anything
Honestly what a horrible experience why do a job that is customer service when you obviously don?t like customers ?!!!!
I used to live in Torquay and I find the bigger store up the retail park on the way in is much better and there you can pick up prescriptions all night and park outside
This place needs managers to step in and do something

Very rude pharmacist team that work here. Always grump and conveniently loose my prescription and finding it a week later. Phone number working seems like a game of luck , you might be lucky and get through the menu to the pharmacy line and they answer or it just rings and rings and cuts off, orYou don?t get the menu and it just rings and rings and rings.

Worst boots pharmacy in the country unhelpful jobs worth the lot of them scrips always late then the staff have a bad attitude discussion of my tablets so loud the whole of boots could hear constantly talking me down or over me when it's clear I was on strong medication from the script I have them go somewhere else save ya self the stress absolute idiots

Needed the pharmacy. All good. Short wait. Got my meds with no drama. Store looks clean and smells of cosmetics. Staff polite. All that you'd expect.
