this is an Italian restaurant and it doesn?t have any pizza in my eyes also an Italian if it doesn?t have pizza it is not an Italian restaurant. hoping to have pizza but this is the first ever restaurant not to have pizza. disgusted and disappointing.
i was given oily salty chicken on a plate with a side of chips and unknown vegetables on separate plates.
however, pastas we?re good, only thing you should buy at a restaurant.

Wow! Rarely have we had such a poor meal - and never at an Italian. Starters: garlic mushrooms that had never seen any garlic in their life - super bland. Fried squid with chili. The chili was one thin slice of the mildest raw chili. Tbf the squid was ok - but with only a pile of salad to fill the plate this too was not up to scratch - zero imagination. Mains: Lemon chicken. This chicken had definitely never seen any lemon. It just swam in a pool of bland cream. Funnily enough, my wife's seafood risotto tasted of lemon although it shouldn't have. Maybe the chef doesn't know his right hand from his left. Veg was simply bland boiled or microwaved veg. The sautéed potatoes simply thinly sliced and fried bland potatoes. The rose wine was cheap and tacky. Understandably we skipped desert and headed back to our hotel for a decent wine. We're guessing the chef wasn't Italian - and presumably had a night off from cooking at Macdonalds. If I didn't mind ruining our evening further I should have refused to pay for everything. I can never understand why any restaurant - whose livelihood is selling food - can let food like this be served. To add Insult to injury the music was appalling - almost like choir music but the choir were being strangled! We will needless to say never return. We have had good food across the road at Amici on more than one occasion - and will head there when next in Torquay. Presumably they have a trained Italian chef! A wasted night and we were totally fleeced.

Definitely recommend to book the amount of disappointed people turned away tonight as it was full

Recommend gamberi all a diavola ( garlic prawns with chilli )

Waiters were very kind, short wait for food. No children?s menu but offered us half the portion which was very kind of them. Only downside was, the music. Highly recommended, definitely coming again!
Kid-friendliness: No children?s menu but offered to do half the adult portion without me asking which I thought was a lovely touch.

This is the best meal we have had in Torquay so far, and this is the 4th time we have been to Torquay. Plus good value for money ?

Had an excellent experience celebrating Mums 85th birthday ??
Feedback from my Mum complements to the chief which i totally agree with as the food was delicious.
We were made so welcome by staff who did so much to make it extra special.

Very nice restaurant. We had some tapas, ravioli and sea bass. Food was very tasty. Only dropping a point as the vegetables with the sea bass was a little underwhelming.

We visited Biancos on Saturday evening, and it was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. I booked to avoid disappointment, my wife and I had a nice table for two. It was busy, but extremely well run, and we never felt overlooked or forgotten. The portions were really good and first class. I had tiger prawns to start followed by seafood risotto. My wife had garlic mushrooms followed by fillet steak in peppercorn sauce. For a treat, this is the place to go, it's welcoming, cozy, professional and the food is first class.

Absolutely fantastic ?
Visited by chance on a steak night, 2 for £42 including bottle of house wine
Starters came out quick, steaks were amazing, staff friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. Requested a window seat on reservation that was given.
Will most definitely be back when we are in Torquay next.
