The Asda in Torquay is a really handy supermarket with a good range of groceries, fresh produce, and household items. The store layout is easy to follow, and the George clothing section is a bonus for picking up clothes and home essentials. Click & Collect is convenient and usually runs smoothly.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the accessibility options?like wide aisles, mobility scooters, and accessible toilets?make it easier for everyone to shop. Parking is spacious too, which is a big plus.
At busy times it can feel crowded, and occasionally a few items are out of stock, but overall it?s a reliable place to do the weekly shop.

Worst customer service..... I had a trolley full of things. Nature called. The really rude lady at front tells me to go to hardware store or McDonald's.... They serve food.. how can they not have a working toilet. Earlier I had ask question about supplies and they acted like they could hear or understand me. Must be bad management.... Go to Aldi or Lidel instead... Better customer service

Do not order your online shop from this store. It is a shambles. My order was due for between 6+7 this evening ( Sunday 5th January) at 6 pm I got a text to say the delivery was late and would be delivered by 7:30. Then 5 minutes later another saying delivery would be by 8:30. Then 20 minutes later ANOTHER saying 8:44. It finally arrived at 7:55pm. Upon opening the door I expected an apology from the driver. I open my door and he's all jolly and happy " hi good evening" so I said " can you tell the time?" He said " what are you talking about" like he didn't know he was over an hour late from the original slot. I said " your an hour late" he said "don't talk to me like that or I'll take your shopping away again." I told him "I'm entitled to be disgruntled when he's that late and didn't even offer an apology." I asked again why he is so late and he literally shrugged and said "I don't know". Well I suggest he thinks of a reason because I screenshot all the time changes and I filmed my interaction at the door with him, so he can explain to a manager when I go in store in person tomorrow. I also expect my delivery fee to be refunded as you did not stick to the slot I paid for. Id love to know the excuse. You can't blame adverse weather because there wasn't adverse weather today.
