had to go to the Torquay store today as my washing machine had broken
we looked on the screen to find one that suits and the young lad who served us called Ian was amazing
he sorted all of it on line for me he was patient and found the one for me
he should be recognised for his people skills and patients as not everyone is clued up on the internet
polite and a very good worker at all times making sure other customers was being looked after whilst helping me
thank you again Ian keep up the good work

In this current climate were we are so critical of everything, I wanted to say thank you to the Argos in sainsburys at the willow s Torquay.
They were amazing at sorting out my purchase from eBay and more helpful .
I have never had any bad experiences using the store. Many thanks miss rc Thornton

Manager @ the Willows Torquay Argos will cancel your items if she is not happy with how many you have ordered?? Strange for such a large retailer to let customers turn up and then cancel their order which they have already paid for.

Returning a product can sometimes be daunting but I was very pleased after being looked after by Yasemin. Very informative, helpful, polite and pleasant. Thumbs up for good customer service

On 18th Dec 12:07 visited the store and was struggling to find product at the self serviice station. Yasemin noticed and came did a great job in explaining how the self service ordering works, then was able to get my item and left with a smile. Very curtious, understanding and went extra to make the experience less stressful than it needed to be. Thank you .....

TORQUAY STAFF DO NOT KNOW WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. NOT BRIGHT. ARROGANT, SEEMS THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE IN THE JOB THEY HAVE. PLUS SIDE AT LEAST THEY ARE NOT IN A CLINICAL ROLE!! PEOPLE WOULD DIE!

My builder bought a £14 blind for my rental property from here. It broke when he was putting it up but stuck the 2 plastic pieces together. The blind was very poor quality and my lodgers found it difficult to open and close it. I bought a replacement from Blinds2go and took the Argos blind back for a refund. I had the receipt but it had been over 2 months due to the lockdown and I assumed a blind was non essential shopping. The manager refused to give me a refund or vouchers and I was outraged.

Waited an hour on store for an item ordered online, then told they couldn?t find it. Offered their own Vouchers only, to spend at their stores. Terrible customer service.

Bought online to collect in store. Email rook forever to come through so when we arrived to collect we only had an order number. Staff member was exceptionally rude and obstructive!

Staff was rude when returning an item then suggested that a rucksack was completely unavailable in the UK, even for home delivery from another store. I later found it was indeed available in another nearby Argos. Just lazy.
