Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to James. He has gone above and beyond as an estate agent. As a first time buyer, it can be extremely daunting understanding the buying process and legalities. James is very knowledgeable and was happy to explain anything I was unsure of. He was always at the end of the phone or email. James also accommodated multiple viewings and gave sound advice. I cannot recommend James enough. I would also like to thank Kim at Absolute, who was extremely helpful in 'chasing' things up, again nothing was too much. I would highly recommend Absolute and their team. We recently purchased a house through Absolute. The team were so helpful, friendly and quick to respond throughout the process. They didn't make us feel rushed or pressured and helped to keep the momentum going when our purchaser's solicitors needed a nudge. James was very accomodating in providing access for additional visits with our builder and also checked the property for us within the hour when we were concerned after local flash flooding - 5* service! All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute and the team to others.
