It was just so busy when we went, it was a very long wait for a coffee and I felt the service was a bit dismissive. Perhaps more help would be wise.

We waited a long time for our food and drinks, and after asking about the tea and coffee we had ordered, we discovered the server had forgotten to place the order in the first place. When my breakfast finally arrived, she told my wife that her meal needed to be redone because they had given her white toast instead of brown....
