Nothing but trouble. Cost a fortune to install vogue fire. Constant issues. Customer service is shocking and the product is terrible. Would never have another stovax again.

Purchased a studio 2 air inset for stovax 5 months ago.Fire is still not working the way it should so we don't use it.Stovax sent 2 engineers out they said the internal of the fire didn't look right.He suggested getting a fan for the flue.We had a fan fitted at an extra cost, fire still not working right Smoke still filling the room they seem to think it's ok for smoke to come into the room aslong as the CO2 alarm is not going offThey have suggested getting a stronger fan the fan we got was strong enough for the size of fire.So beware if you are stupid enough to buy a stovax wood burner be prepared to buy a fan £ 1500 at an extra costIt is impossible to speak to anyone with authority as well

Had my gas stove serviced today. A great experience. The engineer, Reza, took immense trouble to check every aspect of the stove's operation and to clean all the parts before reassembly. It was faultless and I am grateful

You?ll need your savings to buy all the spare parts when their fires break which their fires constantly do . One fire broke at 4 years old and the other 6 months later . Both hardly used lots and all servicing done. NO CHANCE of warranty and customer service just laugh. Parts are incredibly expensive and don?t get delivered for weeks . They never honour the warranty . Buyer beware ! Buy other brands and avoid this lot

I purchased a new multi-fuel fire 13 months ago. I?ve had nothing but problems with it. The design is terrible, parts are warping and despite numerous complaints they have done nothing. I have 3 other fires from a different manufacturer which are brilliant. I wouldn?t touch a Stovax product ever again.

Stovax Chesterfield.Worst stove I've ever owned.1. It's a pain to clean. No removable ash pan, and a high lip at the front makes sweeping it out difficult.2. The metal grill at the front hits the glass when the door is closed. The glass will break sooner or later.3. This is the biggest problem... I cannot open the door even slightly without masses of smoke bellowing out into my living room. My previous 2 stoves had no problem like this. Chimney has been checked and is fine.Absolute pain in the arse. I hate this thing. It's going in the skip soon!Stovax customer help no help!

We had Reza, one of Stovax engineersVisit and fix our gas fire. His service was excellent? arrived as promised, diagnosed the faulty part and replaced the part. Stovax engineers have a comprehensive set of parts with them.Thank you.

I moved into a house with a lovely but non-working Stovax gas fire. It took a while to get an appointment, but once that was booked, I was kept informed throughout the process about the visit and steps that will need to be taken. On the day, the engineer (Reza) game a ring before the app, he was early! He worked quickly and professionally, explaining every step and keeping me informed about parts needed, etc. Fire works beautifully now. Top start for Stovax and Reza

Despite trying to contact with an enquiry re a Gazco Riva fire, I am getting very little response. Have tried local agents and Stovax without success. Poor aftersales, after reading previous reviews I'm not surprised
