Think twice about using this company into your home. The Idiot Josh who is the most arrogant driver I have ever met, it's a miracle no-one has been killed. The company must have a great insurance policy as allowing this thing anywhere near a company Van leaves the company liable for his actions! Parks indiscriminately, even in disabled spots doesn't give a toss about anyone else. I am writing this because he came out to my home at the weekend telling me he would quote for a "Cash Job". He parked in my neighbours disabled spot, I asked him to move it and he said he will when he's given the quote, no receipt cash?? I obviously declined. Using the company Van for cash jobs avoiding Vat. Maybe the company is the same.

We?ve brought several carpets from JR. Always happy to do a deal for you and not pushy at all. Sensible advice on offer and good to have a chat with the guys in there if you aren?t sure what you want/need

We had our flooring done by Josh and his assistant Conrad and they both did an absolutely amazing job. They were both so lovely and worked so hard to get the job finished as soon as they could. The flooring (lvt and carpets) looks really nice and we are very happy with it. Would 100% recommend JR. This is the second time I have had my flooring done with them and both times have been such good quality.

Absolutely delighted with brilliant service throughout, from initial contact, visit and estimate and then the team of excellent fitters who took a great deal of trouble to ensure that everything was perfect for us. With our new build property, we wanted both hard flooring and carpets ... the products and fitters were truly amazing. Thank you all so much :) Very highly recommended.

If you can't abide pushy sales people that seem to be in the big chain stores like me, then come here. Local, friendly, helpful and speedy service. And far better value than the big names. Ordered and fitted in a matter of weeks. Shan't mention how long it took Craig to do the quote though...?

To the Driver of a JR Carpets van who decided to tailgate a car containing 2 children while thier mother was driving at the speed limit of 70 miles an hour on the m5 just now. The gesticulations of the person in the passenger seat did not go unnoticed, as you passed at speed with your hand firmly on your horn. You are a pair of cockwombles who really need to get a life.

I would not recommend this company unless you want your carpets to laminate. Had carpets replaced and refitted and they have delaminated again. The bonding agent they use is clearly not great. Wouldn?t waste time or money. Go with a company who uses better manufacturers
