This a great place for pet supply's. We have just acquired a collie cross and we noticed that she was not eating her food, so I went to have a word, came away with a new bed which she loves, and some snacks which again she loves, also a good extending lead. This is a very friendly place with a staff who go out of there way to help if you have problems. Used it twice so far, but it will not be our last, we have found a snack that Cassie really loves, so we will be back on a regular basis.

All creatures great and small, Wychanger had got it. Whether it's 4 legs or 2 legs, there's loads to choose from. Farm dog feed to house dogs to cats to chickens. Bedding, feed for chickens and birds and a massive range if everything equine. Horse feed, supplements, riding gear, bridles, tack, horse rugs and hoof wear. Lots of great brand names in stylish clothing for men and women, body protectors, fluoro vests, riding chaps and boots and more. There is an ok selection of garden tools, screws, gate hinges and lights. Plenty of weed killer sprays, cleaners, and domestic household cleaners too. Plenty of parking anywhere out front. Doggie friendly but make sure your doggie goes to the toilet out front first as there are so many enticing smells on the jnside!

After calling Wychanger to order a specific brand of chaff, receiving a call the next day to say it had arrived and me informing them I'd be in the following day to collect, when I arrived to get the chaff they had sold it to another customer already.As this wasn't a stock item and ordered specifically I was extremely disappointed with informed it had been sold.After being a loyal customer for many years I won't be rushing back or recommending in the future.

Poor communication. Ordered online which was easy. However, I had received a gift voucher and this wasn?t activated so have been unable to use it.Emailed to query this and 2 weeks later it is still not resolved, I have just been ignored. Items arrived with security tag on also.Very unsatisfied with customer services.
