I have just booked a holiday in Krakow, Poland and Rachel was absolutely fabulous. She was very helpful and patient, looking at various options for me. Booked trips up for me, advising me which way round to do them. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to book a holiday, I will definitely be back again!!

Rach and Amelia have been amazing in booking our 2024 family holiday. Having used online travel in recent years and being caught up in the cancel holidays in 2023 with the Air Traffic Control, we wanted face to face travel advice and support. Rach was really helpful in sourcing a holiday to meet what we were looking for and emailed us comparisons. Rach was supporting another customer when we came back to book, but Amelia looked after us and provide us with the service that we have missed by booking online. We will definitely be back to Tui Tiverton.

Amelia helped me book a holiday for the end of the year and was nothing but a wonderful presence to be around. Smiling and bubbly the whole time. No question was too silly and no amount of questions too many. She was super helpful and helped me to book the trips that were right for us and took all the pressure out of the questions too many. I had some questions regarding the excursions and hence went into the Tiverton store and Amelia was able to answer all the questions I had and then took lead to book the holiday with me taking all the pressure off. She was super helpful and helped me to book the trips that were right for us and took all the pressure out of the whole process with sorting our parking, excursions and gave some good tips for where we are going too!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just 'phoned the Tui main telephone number and was put through to Drew in their Tiverton shop. I found her to be most helpful and a delight to deal with, she answered all my questions fully and completely to my satisfaction.It was a real pleasure booking our trip with Drew.Well Done!!

Amelia of the Tiverton Branch of Tui came to my rescue today!I quickly needed to book a trip to Mallorca for September to coincide with our friends who had already booked a Tui hotel package there.I had tried unsuccessfully, online and via the Tui app, to find flights and accommodation at the same hotel. So I rang the Tiverton Tui Branch, and Amelia did it within a minute!Thank goodness for real travel agents with people that you can talk to about your preferences. They know the system, and how to find what you want within minutes. And it turned out to be cheaper than booking online or via the App! A win, win. Thank you so much.

Friendly, Welcoming Team at the Tiverton branch.We had the lovely Drew help us pick our Girls holiday. She was very patient and helpful, as we are all very indecisive but with Drew knowledge and experience she helped us find the holiday we all wanted.Would highly recommend going to see her and getting your holidays booked.

The Tiverton TUI team are undoubtedly the best travel agents I know. They understand our holiday preferences well, and always offer insightful advice, which you will never find online. Nothing beats discussing a holiday face-to-face with a helpful, friendly and experienced agent.

I?ve just come off the phone with Darren at TUI in Tiverton . My partner and I have just booked a holiday to Egypt . Darren was so helpful and courteous . Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered , this is not the first time we have booked with these guys . That?s why TUI Tiverton is our go to place when wanting to book a holiday .

My wife and I were searching on the internet for a holiday and it led to the inevitable confusion that occurs when a husband and wife are both looking at different options, with no end in sight.We then decided to visit TUI in Tiverton to narrow down our options. I may say that after weeks spent on looking at internet options it was refreshing to sit down with Rachel one morning to be given a most highly professional and informative service.I sometimes think in our busy lives that we have forgotten the huge benefits of having this face to face service.Anyway, to cut a long story short we have been back to Rachel and booked the holidays. Therefore, if you want to avoid the internet and make life easier for yourself we highly recommend the branch in Tiverton?.as we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the services they provided.Our only negative was that you cannot call the branch direct and you have to go through a repetitive answering system which is frustrating.
