I went into Timpson’s this morning to get a battery for my husbands watch. The customer service was appalling, he just grunted do you want a year or five year guarantee. No thank you, or goodbye, will not be returning ! 3/7/25

Had a key cut. £25 . Its didnt work . So after another try , it still did not work. Timpsons were good and did a refund. Just down the road, same key, cut for £7.
