Place was dirty cleaned our own table, toilet out of order. food was lovely. Poor staff member on her own which is terrible on subway management shame on you Subway. She had so many customers and on line orders whilst we were there she deserves a big bonus for all her exhausting efforts AND should never be lone working!

The most rudest staff I've ever met working in a subway. Popped in to grab some lunch with my children the red haired girl that was working on the Sunday was so rude. A proper jobs worth was rude to me and my children and this is the face of subway no wonder why alot of people are avoiding this subway now. The sandwich was made well by the other member of staff. I even had to clean my own table

It took much longer than expected for 2 staff members to make up three 6" subs. Some of the options on offer were dry, frozen or unappetising. The staff forgot we had asked for meals then were reluctant to amend the order. They forgot to give us our cups and when asked rolled their eyes. All the tables were filthy and we asked if they could clean one to which we were handed a peice of blue roll and had to ask for sanitiser. The table we cleaned ourselves had dried on sauce so I don't believe it had been cleaned for a while. There was food and crumbs on all the tables, floors, seating and windowsills. It was unbelievably filthy.Staff were incredibly unprofessional and the whole place is in dire need of a deep clean.

The new sandwich choice is terrible because you can only have your sandwich on white or brown, and you can only change 1 item of salad or the sauce. And it's.over £10 for a sandwich. The create your own option is impossible to work out with regards to price. It's so poor, and not at all customer friendly; no wonder there were only 2 people there at lunch time.

I want to give a 5star for Charlotte,she is absolutely professional,she knows what she is doing and quality of the food she is doing is 10/10 ,what else one of the best customer service in Tiverton !
