Awful customer service, long waiting times as the staff are not trained on the tills. Do not try to cash a scratch card in as they do not know how to do it! and most certainly don't enquire as to what time the post office is open as you will be met with a sarcastic response and practicaly ignored.

No stock. And unacceptable conditions for people to be working in. Broken doors that remain open, through the coldest of temperatures. A blatant owner who cares not for his store, staff (who he doesnt realise hes blessed with good ones) or customers

Very poor customer service with rude staff! A shame courtesy was too much bother at the post office desk. I took my business elsewhere and won?t be going back. What a shame after living in the village for 48 years and my family all coming from Sampford Peverell that we now need to shop elsewhere to get good service with a smile!
