Highly professional, knowledgeable and calm, she went above and beyond to ensure we reached a smooth exchange. Our transaction was not straightforward but it was extremely reassuring to know that Sue was completely on top of everything. She worked hard to make things work and I cannot thank her enough.

Superb estate agents! Always kept us up to date and in the conversation. Nothing was ever too much to ask from them and always were happy to talk, especially Charity who always gave me the time of day with great communication either through email or calls . When you have had to deal with some seriously lazy, apathetic agents in the past, it?s reasonable to become a little jaded. But the girls at Seddons surprised me. They couldn?t have done a more thorough job selling my property, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with their work. From brochure design to hosting viewings, timely correspondence to solicitor liasing, I honestly can?t find fault with their commitment to selling my property, what?s more, they made a highly stressful process as painless as possible for me. I will never rent with seddons again we had them just to set up the tenancy and do the inventory in and out moving in seddons was more than helpful and could not do enough to help but at the end of the tenancy everything was a problem for them.Our tenancy stated no painting apparently that means you can paint just can't change colours.My most concerning problem is thay do valuations seddons could not value a curtain pole let alone a house and I mean that very literally apparently a incomplete curtain pole is worth the same as a complete one.I will never be using seddons again.
