Clean and well-stocked. The staff are exceptional, especially Ben- every time we visit he is kind, polite and enthusiastic to help. Let us know about the pets at home membership, which gave us a free bag of dog food. Looking forward to visiting again.

Everytime I come here the service is absolutely amazing and on point. They are always quick to help you and advise you, especially Ben in particular who has been amazing especially when my tortoise fell ill and he helped me find what I needed and gave me lots of advice.. He is always so polite, helpful and kind. So thank you very much really appreciate it. And If ben sees this post the tortoise is eating again ??

Came to visit today as we need some advice on what food to get our puppy who?s got a sensitive belly and a allergy to chicken. Ben was amazing and so helpful the best customer service I?ve received anywhere. I never ever leave reviews but couldn?t not he deserves the recognition.
